Football Broadcast Team

Paul Keels

Paul Keels will begin his 11th year as "Voice of the Buckeyes". Paul's extensive play by play background has included stints with the Cincinnati Bengals, the University of Cincinnati, the Detroit Pistons and national games for Westwood One. One of the best play by play announcers in the country, Keels also moderates The Jim Tressel Show and is a part of our Buckeye Roundtable show. Last fall Paul was inducted into the Ohio broadcasters Hall of Fame.

Jim Lachey

Jim Lachey returns for his 12th season as color analyst. Lachey was an outstanding offensive lineman for Ohio State from 1981 to 1984. He was an All American and All Big Ten player his senior year, leading the Buckeyes to the conference championship and the Rose Bowl. A first round draft choice in 1985, Jim played 11 seasons in the NFL and was an All-Pro a record 9 times during his 11 year career. One of "the hogs", Jim helped the Washington Redskins win the 1993 Super Bowl. Lachey also co-hosts The Jim Tressel Show and is a part of our Buckeye Roundtable show.

Marty Bannister

Marty Bannister has been a member of the Ohio State Buckeyes Radio Sports Network since 2003 as the play by play voice of OSU women's basketball. Marty begins his 3rd season as sideline and locker room reporter. Some of Bannister's other work has included play by play for Wittenberg football and basketball, the Columbus Destroyers arena football league and ONN's football and basketball state high school championships. Marty will also be a part of our weekly Buckeye Roundtable show.

Skip Mosic

Skip Mosic begins his 24th season covering Buckeye football on the Ohio State Radio Network. The long time WBNS morning host will once again serve as halftime host and provide scoreboard updates throughout the game broadcast. Mosic also hosts Ohio State baseball's Bob Todd coach's show each spring and ONN Radio's Tonight in High School Football and Ohio College Football Today each fall.

Men's Basketball Broadcast Team

Paul Keels

Paul Keels returns as play by play "Voice of the Buckeyes" and host of The Thad Matta Call-In and Daily Shows. One of the best basketball broadcasters in the country, Keels' past experience in the booth includes play-by-play of Ohio State football, the Detroit Pistons, Cincinnati Bengals, and the Cincinnati Bearcats. Paul has also done fill-in work on the Cincinnati Reds Radio Network, plus NFL and college game broadcasts for the Mutual/Westwood One Network. Paul was inducted into the Ohio broadcaster's hall of fame this past fall.

Ron Stokes

Ron Stokes returns as color commentator for the Ohio State basketball broadcasts and co-hosts The Thad Matta Call-In Show. Ron is a former Buckeye captain and lives in Columbus with his family. Ron is president of Three Leaf Productions in Columbus and has remained active on the court with his annual basketball camp.

Marty Bannister

Kristin Watt & Toni Roesch

Former Buckeyes Kristin Watt and Toni Roesch will join Marty throughout the season as analysts. Watt practices law in Columbus and Roesch operates a basketball facility.
