Man Found Shot To Death Inside Car

Investigators said that two groups of people shot at each other in the 2300 block of Cleveland Avenue on the northeast side at about 3 a.m.
While they were investigating the shooting, officers found two victims inside a car parked nearby at Joyce Avenue and East 26th Avenue, 10TV's Patrick Bell reported.

A man who was found in the driver's side was shot in the head and was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
The other man was shot in the hand was being treated at a hospital, Bell reported.
Officers later caught up with a car on Bancroft Avenue and police said that two people were taken into custody. They were being questioned but no charges were immediately filed.
Police did not immediately release the names of the shooting victims.
